Executive Committee

The Administration of the Affairs of Association shall be looked after by the Executive Committee consisting of a minimum of 16 members. The General Body from time to time shall change the total number of the Executive Committee as decided in its Annual General Body Meeting or in any other Meeting of the General Body as necessitated.
The Executive Committee shall meet at least once in a month at its convenience. Quorum for Executive Committee Meeting shall be 1/3rd of the total members of the Executive Committee.

The Executive Committee consists of the following duly elected members in the Annual General Body Meeting. The term of office of the Executive Committee members shall be for a period of one year i.e., from April 1st to March 31st.

  1. Chairman
  2. President
  3. Vice-Presidents - 3
  4. Hon. Secretary
  5. Joint Secretaries - 3
  6. Treasurer
  7. And Minimum of 6 members for the Committee. In addition the immediate Past Chairman is Ex-Officio Member of the Committee.

The term of office of the Executive Committee members shall be for a period of one year i.e., from April 1st to March 31st.
If the office of the Chairman and other office bearers falls vacant for any reason during the year such vacancies shall be filled up at the special or Extra Ordniary General Body Meeting of the Association.
The Executive Committee from time to time constitute or form sub-committees or boards for efficient and proper administration of the affairs of the Association and for realization and fulfillment of all or any aims and objects of the Association.
Where no provision is expressed in any of the rules herein for any contingency the Executive Committee shall be competent to lay down the procedure by means of a resolution to meet any such contingency.
